Leonarda Mikša obtained master's degree in Sanitary engineering at the University of Rijeka, Faculty of Medicine in 2019. In the 2020, she joined the team at the Center for Proteomics as a senior laboratory engineer working on the project "Rino spray" in collaboration with Jadran-galenski laboratorij d.d.
