Andrea received her master's degree in Biotechnology in Medicine from the Faculty of Biotechnology, University of Rijeka in 2019. In 2020, she joined prof. Jonjić's team at the Centre for Proteomics of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Rijeka, as a PhD student working on the project “Biology of cytomegalovirus infection in the brain during development and in latency”.
