Brief description:
The specific aim of the project is to train 38 newly-graduates, young professionals and unemployed people in the field of EU funded projects in IRMO and in an one of the proposed host institutions in Italy. The duration of the training placement will depend on the type of trainee: unemployed young graduates (17 participants) will follow an intensive three months, 13 weeks, practical working traineeship, whereas the people employed at the sending institutions - employed participants – (21 participants) will follow a shorter, one-month long, 5 weeks, training placement.
Sending institutions are 22 partners: Institute of Agriculture and Tourism, University of Rijeka Faculty of Medicine, the National Park Brijuni, Regional Development Agency Međimurje REDEA Ltd., Centre for Development - Development Agency of Brod-Posavina Ltd., Development Agency of the City of Čakovec - ČAKRA Ltd. , Development Agency North - DAN Ltd., Dubrovnik-Neretva County, City Čazma, Istrian Development Agency (IDA) Ltd., Istrian County, Požega-Slavonia County, PrometPlus Ltd., Development Agency of Slavonski Brod Ltd., Vukovar Development Agency, Regional Development Agency Požega-Slavonia County Ltd., the Alliance for the railways, VIDRA - Regional Development Agency Virovitica-Podravina -Podravina County, Zadar County Development Agency, the University of Pula, Croatia Chamber of Commerce - Chamber of Zagreb, the Regional Development Agency PORIN Ltd. and IRMO.
The Croatian candidates will complete their working experience at one single Italian host body, extremely skilled in the preparation and management of EU funded projects. All host partners are located in the North-East of Italy, in particular in the Friuli Venezia Giulia and Veneto Regions. These important private and public bodies have been chosen for their multiannual experience in the management of EU funds and on the basis of previous joint experiences in this field. 15 receiving partners are: Central European Initiative, Informest, AREA Science Park, Agemont Centro di Innovazione Tecnologica srl unipersonale, Venice International University, Municipality of Monfalcone, Regione Friuli Venezia Giulia - Central Directorate for infrastructure, mobility, spatial plannin and public work, Elettra-Sincrotrone Trieste, Chambers of Commerce of the Veneto Region, Municipality of Trieste, GAL VENEZIA ORIENTALE, IuaV University, Parco Agro-Alimentare di San Daniele, Regione Friuli Venezia, Giulia- Central Directorate for Culture, Sport, International and EU Relations, Veneto Agricoltura.
Mobility participants will in that way acquire and exchange specific professional knowledge, skills and competences in a particular European business environment, working on real project tasks with the support of skilled mentors. The project will reinforce participants' competences and at the same time strengthen the attractiveness of europlanners as a perspective new profession.
