Marija Mazor, PhD
Postdoctoral researcher
Marija is a postdoctoral researcher on the project “Pathogenesis of cytomegalovirus infection in the ovaries, impact on fertility and pregnancy maintenance”. She holds an MSc in Molecular Biology from the University of Zagreb from 2012, and the same year she finished a joined European MSc in Bioindustrial techniques at the University of Zagreb and the University of Orleans, France. In 2016, she obtained a PhD in the field of cell therapy for cartilage repair from the University of Orléans as a French Ministry of Higher Education and Research fellow. She has experience in cell culture, molecular biology, histology, immunostainings and animal models. She was a temporary lecturer at University of Orléans from 2013 to 2016 and led various theoretical and practical courses to secondary school students for three years.
